Last week I gave a Lunch and Learn presentation on digital storytelling to my colleagues at Public Broadcasting Atlanta. I wanted to talk about what “digital storytelling” is because it seems like whenever we bring it up what people hear is “Facebook.” Now I can say we’re all on the same page as far as knowing what the heck it is that the Web guy is talking about, and as an added bonus, everyone knows my name.
I’ve never presented to 50+ people before, and it came out pretty well. Feedback from the audience was very positive. It also appears that my stream-of-consciousness presentation style kind of works. Now if I could just eliminate the “Um”s.
