Not long after beginning my online career, I became the Digital Media Content Editor for Savannahnow.com, the website of the Savannah Morning News. I served as the primary liaison and facilitator between newsroom and digital media content staff,
responsible for integration of print and Web processes, training and workflow. My team of five editorial content staff members developed websites to enhance and add value to the Morning News’ print coverage online.

In my time leading the team, I’m proud our efforts were recognized with several awards from the Associated Press, including Best Overall News Site, Best Local Online Service and Best News Site.
